I put a star because we can't put less. I booked 10 people for a family meal. After the comments, I asked for confirmation a week before. Today I come with the whole family and the restaurant is closed! That's great! I'm angry, I haven't even been warned! Not a word on the restaurant door to explain this defection. Don't trust me. A warm atmosphere is an excellent meal, I highly recommend! It was the first time that I came to eat in this restaurant with my partner, we had a great time, we felt that it was homemade, it was a pleasure to eat a dish made with passion! Reservation made for a Sunday at 12:30 p.m. because the restaurant does not open before Very friendly and promising setting after a scandal at the table next door (their reservation made 8 days ago for a bouillabaisse is obviously not planned by the absent boss) apparently often absent, in short we stay. Menu: starter main course dessert at 34e with supplement for scallops and foie gras, when the restaurant opens there are already only 5 scallops and 3 foie gras... main course: 7 hour veal and beef cheek perfectly cooked candied on the other hand the accompaniments: barely warm dumpling of puree and 3 vegetables in water..not great in quantity. Dessert: Pavlova then a total disappointment... a red fruit soup with 4 squeezes of whipped cream and tiny bits of meringue... pavlova recipe to be reviewed I think or name of the dessert to be changed, the young waitress doesn't know the wines, she invites us to take the one at almost 60th, I ask for a chardonnay and there no answer... a little more than 100th for two it's expensive... I think that the boss/cook lives on his past achievements, moreover he doesn't is not there, the restaurant is running with these poor young people who are a little lost, very disappointed because I had had good feedback... chef, go back to the kitchen or stop everything! Une superbe découverte : un gérant accueillant, passionné et à l'écoute. Une cuisine exceptionnelle avec des produits frais et soigneusement sélectionnés, des portions certes modestes mais largement suffisantes pour savourer le dessert (le soufflé au chocolat est tout simplement le meilleur dessert que j'ai jamais goûté), ainsi qu'une belle sélection de vins du terroir.
