The Burger Den - Belle Vernon

What a joke. ordered a sandwich and onion rings and a drink.. almost $30 for my meal with tip. You would think in this economy and businesses struggling to thrive, you would do a better job of putting out a quality product that would bring people back. I was pumped to order from them, and seriously let down. the sandwich was tough. I ordered brisket with sharp cheddar. hardly any brisket on my sandwich. for what I paid you would think you would have piled it on. nope. bread was tough like trying to chew shoe leather. hardly any brisket. it was cold. and I ordered onion rings on the side... you would think when you say onion rings... there would be a decent pile of onion rings. I got a whole 5, tiny onion rings. pathetic. I wouldnt order from them unless youre just dying to throw your money out the door and still be hungry and irritated. wasnt pleased at all. shame on you for putting out such a lackluster product.... theres BBQ/brisket places galore... Incase you didnt realize it, you need to compete for business. people can go elsewhere, and I hope they do.

Very overpriced. The food looks nothing like the picture. I got the giddy up melt a few times and its really good but everytime there was a problem. One time no meat which they put very little anyway, two times no butter or sauce. Its a pretty good sandwich but they put very little meat and they dont chop it up enough. Its just big chunks. They charge premium prices but make the food low quality

The sandwich was delicious but the fries were cold.

Burger was barely done. Took one bite and spit it out. Meat smelled funny. Cheese cake was awesome

The Wake n Bacon burger was juicy and prepared exactly as ordered, the seasoned fries were nice and crispy and the vanilla shake was the perfect accompaniment to the meal. The lower rating is because none of the items were sealed by the restaurant for delivery. The box the meal was in and the bag that the box and condiments were delivered in werent sealed, and the shake was hand delivered with just a regular dome top on it. Overall the food is a 4.5 but no seal is a little sketchy.
