Long John Silver's - Belle Vernon

I placed a carryout order at the restaurant. I've had experiences in the past with the drive-thru not getting my order right. When I got home, I realized that a whole dinner was missing. The whole point of getting takeout is to eat at home, so it was very disappointing to suffer that loss. I won't be going back, but if I do decide to order from them again, I will definitely check everything in the bag before leaving.

I was informed when placing my order that the restaurant did not have any chicken tenders available that day. However, the attendant at the drive-through was at least friendly.

The staff behind the counter were all talking amongst themselves and only one person was actually preparing food. We were completely ignored and decided to leave. We will never return as the staff seemed too preoccupied with their own conversation to provide us with service. On top of that, as we were leaving, one of the employees began yelling at us after I mentioned that I had never experienced such lack of care for customers in a restaurant before.

Got the fish and shrimp combo got home no fish . unbelievable i should have listened to the guys at work.

Not happy. You cancel my order when you still had over 30 mins until closing time. Lazy….???? Maybe.!
