Don't expect your order to be prioritized if the restaurant is busy and you are ordering a large quantity of food. I have never had a bad meal here and I am understanding of the wait time as they have other orders to fulfill. Please be patient and respectful towards the hardworking staff who are doing their best, especially in a fast food environment that can be challenging when not fully staffed.
You have made great improvements... the food is fresher now, but service at the drive-thru is a bit slow. However, I can confidently say that your burgers and nuggets are the best when they are fresh. The fries could use more salt and could benefit from some added flavor improvements.
