What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
we arrived at 7:30 o'clock in belle fouche, decided on pizza hat, we ordered a big meat lover, 8 boneless wing garlic, and brownies, we pacif asked for paper plates, serviettes and utensils, when the delivery arrived we were told, and serviettes and were consuming, he said it was not on the ticket I'm not a sinner and don't like eating with my fingers. The photos say everything. Very dissatisfied. You want to eat that? They weren't busy. That's the worst pizza experience I've ever had.
My sister and I are staying in a motel and called for a pizza delivered.It came quickly and it was piping hot. they even brought us paper plates and napkins. What a nice suprise. The pizza was delicious after a long day on the road.
We love dining at this pizza place - it's our favorite! We had excellent service as usual when we ordered 2 pizzas from here tonight. Unfortunately, the delivery boy must have tilted the pizza bag, as all the toppings were pushed to one side of the crust. We called the store and spoke to the manager, who promptly apologized. To make up for the inconvenience, they even gave us some free items with our pizzas. Thank you for making it right!
I really enjoyed the Stuffed Crust Pizza and the excellent customer service at this restaurant. I will definitely be returning!
The staff at this restaurant is very friendly, especially the person working at the drive-thru window. However, there seems to be a tendency to forget parts of the order, such as my salad, whether dining in or getting takeout. This can be frustrating for customers.
