Food just OK. No atmosphere inside at lunch. Lots of commotion setting up the stage for evening entertainment, though. Online ordering system is terrible couldn 't add options. But then we shouldn 't have given up and ordered at the counter, as we unfortunately were then able to add an option. $12 extra to add 3 small and average prawns to a salad is ridiculous. The menu says add prawns , not add 3 small overpriced prawns . Misleading. Kids love the playground and facilities.

Being a local and having had many family and group meals over the years at Charlie 's, I have seen the prices go up and the food and service go down. Tonights experience has topped it off to the point we won 't be going back. We were in a group of about 25, all professionals having a Christmas break up. The duty manager really showed us his Christmas spirit he was more concerned about not allowing a husband to carry his drink and a glass of wine back to his table for his wife, as it was 'against the one drink per person rule, even though at 9:30pm the place was empty except for our group, you would think he would have been more focused on the dirty dinner plates still on the table 2 hours after eating then showing us his poor, arrogant and unprofessional attitude, to sum it up don 't waste your money you can do better on Bribie Island there is lots of other choices
