I had an excellent Limousin steak followed by a very good cafe gourmand. A nice Cote de Rhône accompanied it all. Service was excellent. Very good value for money.

The waitress did come over and ask if we wanted... read more Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. My steak was overcooked and tough. The chips soggy and greasy. The waitress did come over and ask if we wanted anything else. I told her the steak was tough and I had asked for it Medium rare (a point). But she just asked again if we wanted another drink. I have never had an overcooked steak in France before normally it is rare and bloody. So perhaps if you go here for a steak make sure they understand how you want it. I wish I had told them as soon as I received it that it was well done and not A point.
