For all people who complain, the people who try to do jobs there are what they can. They don't always seem to have staff so they need to work extra quickly. Lay off some boohoo I have to wait that is what you go into a business that is known to everyone. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
spent 10 minutes waiting in the outer drive thru track while car rolled in the inner track. they seem to have forgotten that they have 2 lanes. the store staff needs training and/or new management. if they have 2 lanes, they must remember that and not ignore one of them. I've moved somewhere else. update: this load has not improved. tonight. there were 10 cars in the 2 lane thru. waited 10 minutes to place the order.... View all feedback.
Jacob, who was cleaning the lobby and outside, did an excellent job. I wish more workers were like him. The service was great, and I dined in for lunch. The price per person was between $1-10. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 4 out of 5. I recommend trying the Big Mac at this restaurant.
I ordered my food, waited in line for 15 minutes, and then they told me they couldn't break a $100 bill. The bill was complete nonsense due to poor management. The restaurant needs to restructure their service. This was a takeout breakfast meal, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. The service and atmosphere both received a rating of 1.
Awful customer service at this restaurant! I ordered 2 Big Macs and 1 large fries, but was made to pull ahead and wait. Another customer behind me was also told to pull forward and wait. While everyone else in line received their orders, the woman behind me got hers! I eventually had to go inside to find my order sitting on the counter. My fries were half cold, rubbery, and unsalted. Additionally, they refused to honor the $1 $2 $3 value menu, insisting instead on the buy one get one for a dollar deal that supposedly ended in June 2023.
