The Phoenix Cafe, if are the Macy's place where I was when I put myself to order my food that has the best service, the I guarantee that you will love this place, they have this dish called the Dragon God is delicious the meat tenderly juicy the taste owner is All To The Rice they have is sticky hot and steamed vegetables to have honor is delicious View all feedback. That was a great disappointment. The pictures are misleading and the food everyone ordered was cold. The fried rice was only rice and soy sauce. I can't recommend this restaurant. View all feedback.

read morePhoenix cafe is open till 3am. Great place to stop in for a late night meal. They offer a lot of varieties dishes. I really enjoy the duck.
