Stopped by for breakfast this morning. It was not busy and the service was friendly. I ordered the chilaquiles in green salsa and shredded beef topped with a sunny-side up egg along with a cup of coffee. It was a simple yet delicious breakfast. Can't wait to try something from the lunch menu. View all feedback.
What Guillermo Terrazas doesn't like about Evas Cookery:
From the moment you arrive they offer you chips and salsa which they charge for and they don't tell you...then I ordered some chilaquiles with roast beef but I didn't want the meat chopped but in pieces and they charged it as a separate steak...and I never mentioned it. I inform you...I think that because of that he is already very alone...when before he was always super busy... View all feedback.

They serve a variety of flavorful food. The chorizo and eggs in particular are stellar. I will be coming again.
Amazing food and great service! Love the chilaquiles
This place has been “family owned” for over 25 years and they take pride in their small business. My favorite dish here is the green chilaquiles with roast beef and the scrambled egg with the tortilla like the real Jalisciense chilaquiles! Its hours are from 7 am 2 pm.
We were there really early There must of been 3 tables occupied
