The dining area was empty, so it wasn't busy at all. Additionally, a month ago, they were quite rude to my father, who doesn't speak much. Overall, my experience was very frustrating.

While the Black Angus burgers are delicious, they are overpriced. There was no greeting or any engagement from the staff. They need to improve their cleanliness standards significantly. I was just trying to order a burger and fries, but after waiting for 10 minutes, I still received no attention. There were no cars in front of me and no one else in the dining room. A month ago, my dad, who struggles with English, was treated very rudely here as well, which made me feel awful. Honestly, this is not the kind of service anyone wants. They really need to change their staff.

They consistently mess up my orders, and by the time I get home to eat, they're already closed. It’s impossible to get a refund or the correct order. It's just ridiculous. I lost at least three dollars on this last visit—ordered a double Frisco but received a regular one instead. All I ask is that they read the tickets and check the orders!

No one seems to want to do their job. Their milkshake machine is either always broken or they never have ice cream. One employee was actually honest and admitted they don’t know how to use it, which shows they don’t even train their staff properly. Instead, they just drive to Washington to get milkshakes from Cookout, which are a hundred times better anyway.
