I tried to get service, but the staff ignored me completely; they looked right at me and never spoke a word. I was just trying to order a burger and fries, but after waiting for 10 minutes, I still received no attention. There were no cars in front of me and no one else in the dining room. A month ago, my dad, who struggles with English, was treated very rudely here as well, which made me feel awful. Honestly, this is not the kind of service anyone wants. They really need to change their staff.

Although the Black Angus burgers are delicious, they are overpriced. There is a noticeable absence of greetings or any friendly interactions. Additionally, be cautious about their cleanliness practices; they seem to have no understanding of what customer satisfaction means.
