I tried to get service, but the staff completely ignored me and didn't respond when I tried to order a few burgers and fries. I waited for 10 minutes, and no one acknowledged me. The dining area was empty, so it wasn't busy at all. Additionally, a month ago, they were quite rude to my father, who doesn't speak much. Overall, my experience was very frustrating.

While the Black Angus burgers are delicious, they are overpriced. There was no greeting or any engagement from the staff. They need to improve their cleanliness standards significantly. It seems they don't understand what customer satisfaction means.
