The location was in a really tight spot. I can't tell you about the rooms because I never checked in. Before arriving i called the front desk to ask if they accept my company's corporate CLC card...the answer was yes so 2 rooms were reserved, one for me and the other for my coworkers. I give this restaurant a 5-star rating based on its affordable prices and excellent location! I was really impressed by the friendly local staff, the modernized rooms, and the great amenities. While there isn't a pool or sauna, the gym is well-equipped, and the breakfast is hearty and satisfying. Overall, I would rate the rooms 5 out of 5!
My wife and I came to Bozeman for a long weekend. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding our accommodations, and we both ended up booking different places for our first night. I realized the mix-up just a few hours after making the reservation and attempted to call the Quality Inn twice, but no one answered. When I reached out online to explain the situation, I was told that since the reservation had been made within the last 48 hours, we wouldn't be able to cancel without incurring costs. This policy was not what I saw when I booked.
Staff very friendly at check-in, coffee and cookies in the lobby, rooms clean and functional, although small, elevator, TV and Wi-Fi well worked, free breakfast very well with many choices and long hours start early in the morning. Easy access and parking. Worth a stay.
Just a one night stay as near airport, and free shuttle available. However, what can one night reveal....clean room, good water pressure and hot water, reliable airport transportation, and an exceptionally friendly, engaging, and helpful staff. Value is limited, but the rates are in keeping with what the area and time of year allow.
This is by far the nicest Quality Inn I have stayed in. I travel cross country often and I have stayed in many Choice properties. The front desk staff was professional and friendly providing us with excellent guest service. Our pet-friendly guest room was incredibly clean, and the location just off the freeway is excellent. Our room had a newer microwave along with a small refrigerator and actual small freezer on top. The bed was clean and comfortable. The furnishings were newer and in great shape.
