Burger King - Belgrade

I have been delivering for Burget King through both Uber Ears and Doordash for nearly four years. During that time it has been frequently a very frustrating restaurant to pick up from. But that has immensely changed and I would credit a lot of that to employees like Maddie. She is efficient and dedicated to the needs of the customer and does it all with a friendly, kind smile. I’ve observed her be attentive to in-store customers as well as considerate to her co-workers. She makes my job of being a delivery driver easier and fun when she is there!

The whopper Jr's we got were disgusting. Cold meat stale buns also cold so sloppy they fell apart when opened they were covered in ketchup gross never going back to belgrade bk couldn't even eat and they don't take phone calls no big surprise there.

Parking: THE PARKING IS HORIBBLE IM 6 YRS OLD AND WITH NO PARENTS, MCDONALDS IS INFINATLEY BETTER!!

It was horrible took a patient of mine to get a double wopper French fries and a shake and an order of fries on the side . the cashier didn't know how to understand that order for some reason and qhen we got the food the extra fries weren't there no shake and asked the manager where the rest of our food was she rudely snapped at me we have no damm fries ur gonna have to wait !!! Wow great customer service ? not !!! to top it off the burger was dry as hell they couldent even eat it so we left and guaranteed won't be back they should have stayed closed !! Went to dairy queen instead and it was perfect great job burger kink employees very disappointed!!!I HIGHLY RECCOMEND not eating there ...

My ratings are due to onr person there. Her name is Madi.I come here daily and Madi has amazing customer service skills. One would never know if she is having a hectic or bad day. She checks all of the orders to make sure they are correct BEFORE they lrave her hands. This young lady needs to be graduated to your management program. She is that good!
