My bacon had to be cooked twice because it was raw the first time, then burnt. The stuffed bagels were empty inside, with no cream cheese. Nothing was prepared correctly. They had a sign in the window advertising salted caramel, but when I asked at the counter they didn't have it.

There was ample parking available, and they even had a designated area out front for quick pickup of online orders.
