Since we arrived in Maine, we've primarily enjoyed coal-fired sandwiches and bread, which has been a wonderful experience. The host answered the phone immediately and was very friendly. The meals were perfect, and the staff was incredibly nice. Our waitress, Erica, truly went above and beyond. Take out on a Saturday night... Despite being read back to me, and what seemed like a very detailed server, the order was not correct. Rolls were a bit sparse, and while the fish was pretty good, it did not all seem as fresh as it should've been. Cost was certainly higher than the quality. Good food and very hospitable. Great cocktail and mock tail list. Very clear markings for gf, vegan, etc.
Absolutely incredible food and drinks. friendly staff. small, but accommodation is made when a notification is provided. best sushi!
Interesting mocktails and poke bowl was very tasty. Also, one of the only good options for food in Belfast past 7pm!

Bottom line, if cost was significantly less, I might consider returning when we return to the area. Unfortunately, I have had much better quality for significantly less cost.
So many delicious choices for food and drink. We had the bento boxes, they were so fresh and had an abundance of food. I would highly recommend Satori.
