What User doesn't like about Washington Hot Food:
Went by the good reviews but was disappointed with my order. Beef chow mein was bland.Chilli chicken slightly more flavour. If you like your curry sauce with a bit of kick this was nowhere close All in all not great tasting food and certainly not worth the £22price tag. Won't be ordering again. View all feedback.
Frequently order from here and usually have satisfactory meals but my recent one was a very unpleasant experience. I ordered a portion of chicken balls to go, got home and sat down at the table. It came to my attention that I noticed something odd on this piece, upon closer inspection it was a moth fried into the batter. Needless to say I won't be ordering here for a while until things get sorted out. Such a shame
Foods spot on, pity about the ignorant, baseball cap wearing O.A.P behind the counter who was disrespectful for no reason whatsoever... I'll not be back

Tasty eating, massive portions and all who work here are also nice, smiling courtesy and helpful. my local time out for 30 years, still love it
We order every week without fail (if didn't the kids would kill me! It's a real favourite and we have NEVER had a bad meal or service in the 4 years we've been ordering. Customer service is second to none and food is great! Can't recommend highly enough!
