Today around 4pm, I was pleased to see security personnel at the entrance of Sainsbury's at Forestside as well as staff inside monitoring the door. There were fewer people inside the store and the self-checkout tills were being cleaned after each use. Well done to the team for their efforts in maintaining the safety of the public. What User doesn't like about Sainsbury's:
I went to the restaurant with the specific intention of purchasing Sainsbury's own brand LED glow bulbs. However, I was unable to locate the section where electrical accessories are typically kept. I asked one of the employees for assistance, only to find out that they no longer carry any electrical devices in stock. I was in yesterday looking at the clothing and underwear. There were two members of staff working on clothing Isle and noticed that I was looking at the support underwear and asked me if I needed help. I explained I would be getting surgery and need to have good support pants. Well can I just say those 2 girls were so lovely and extremely understanding and kind and they said that once I've recovered from operation come in and they would help me find something suitable for my requirements. They were just an absolute delight and so cheerful. Thanks girls.

Well done to staff. I arrived this evening to find a queue the length of the mall and thot oh no am gonna be here for ever. that wasnt the case though the queue was orderly everyone was standing 2m plus apart and it moved really quickly. Once inside it was easy to get quickly round the store and all the shelves were well stocked. Also had good system in place to pay with all till points being manned. On way in I noticed trolleys being cleaned and inside noticed till points being continuously wiped down. So a huge well done to all of you and thanks for all that your doing for the rest of us.
This restaurant was absolutely terrible. If I could, I would give it zero stars. I waited 20 minutes for fries and half an hour for an omelette, both of which were cold and clearly not prepared fresh. It seemed like the food had been sitting on a hot plate all morning and tasted even worse. I actually felt sick after eating. There was no butter available for toast at the self-service station, and you had to wait in a long line just to ask for some. The staff were also unfriendly. I would recommend avoiding this place if you are looking for good food. Burger King across the street would be a much more appealing option.
