Rita's - Belfast

Myself and wife spent few hrs upstairs in perch had great fun with a few cocktails. Decided on way down sure y not hadn’t been in years! Another few drinks just having a general laugh amongst ourselves, went to bar asked for another drink only to be told “too drunk” I laughed asking u serious? Called a bouncer in total embarrassment! Will not return!

I've been to Rita's a few times and have always enjoyed it. Its quite a small bar and I never stay longer than an hour and its usually pretty busy. My partner gets an old fashioned and I usually get a cocktail which is always lovely! I try to go earlier if I can cos I usually find I can get a table to sit at. Staff have always been lovely to me too. You might have to wait a while to be served but I go making sure to give myself plenty of time so I don't feel rushed :

I’d always wanted to try Rita’s and on a decent night out we decided to call in before getting the bus home. Cocktails we ordered were expensive and most of the glass was filled with a huge lump of ice. Did tasted nice for all there was. My daughters chair was also broken to the point where she near,y ended up through it and onto the floor. Service was ok nothing to rave about. Won’t be going again.

I had a section of my hen party here and was absolutely blown away. Stunning cocktails; beautiful decor; delicious charcuterie boards; great music; and most importantly, wonderful staff. Special shout-out to Ritas management (who helped organise and kept everything together); Stephen and Conor behind the bar; and as the security staff at the door- who were all so lovely and kind and fun. Rita’s really made our night. Thank you! I couldn’t recommend this place more than I do

Called into the bar for some drinks with friends and saw people leave a table. Arrived at table and moved the glasses and rubbish on the table. After 1 minute we moved to another table. 1 hr later at our new table we were approved at our table and we were approached by manage Joe who stated did we leave anything at the other table and we stated know…why? And no answer was given. 5 mins later joe stated that we ripped up a VIP card and that we lied that we were at the table……we didn’t know it was a VIP table and we sat at it for 1 min. Joe was very aggressive and stated that we had ruined his plans? This was news to us as we did not know what he was on about. As stated he was very aggressive and went to the door men evict us after our drinks. This was very embarrassing for all involved including the door men who were very understandable. We will never be back and would like to state that Joe? The manager would need to get some customer management skills in place before he interacts with the public.
