Pizza Hut Victoria Square Belfast

Like all Pizza Express restaurants, there is a separate vegan menu with many options. I had the Veneziana Romana Pizza, but it wasn't as good as I had before in other Pizza Express restaurants and seemed to be missing ingredients. Only the sorbet was available for dessert when they ran out of carrot cake, and the soya cappuccino was crowned with a bad foam. The service was friendly and brought extra soy milk for coffee when asked.

Think that's actually one of the best vegan pizza I've ever had. They have a separate vegan menu that also includes vegan wines etc. The staff was always kind and knowledge. Although it is quite expensive and they do not many pages. It's nice for a nice dinner in a while.

My fiancé and I came here for a bite of food on a treat out. We arrived at the restaurant at 8pm and were seated promptly. The lady seated us and did not come back to take the order until 8.30pm, both waitresses seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves. Our food arrived at 8.45pm which was prompt. I was shocked when the waitress interrupted our meal 5 minutes later and said ‘sorry folks can I get your payment now just so I can get my work done in the office?’ I think the management would need to look basic customer service training in staff especially those who are at a level to be closing off tills. I work in hospitality myself and felt very unwanted. I have given a 2 star review rather than a 1 as the food was good. (Not that anyone asked!! I doubt management will look into these issues however considering the lack of response to previous numerous complaints on this page.

After arriving to Belfast on a trip with my partner, after doing some shopping at the Victoria Square decided to pop into Pizza Hut for some food.. we were seated at a dirty table, we then asked for new table, we got moved. We have placed an order with one of the the waitresses, We have waited 55 minutes for our order however didn’t arrive, when my partner approached the two women working there, they have answered him in an ignorant voice asking if we have even ordered!!! 55 minutes waiting and get told that the food is not even coming! No apology .. just rudeness .. wouldn’t recommend for anyone..
