Ground Espresso - Belfast

I always visit this coffee shop when I'm in the city. The staff is friendly, and the coffee and food are great. However, I encountered an issue during my visit today. When I arrived, the server asked me to wait to see if a table would open up. Fortunately, there was one available, but I noticed at least three people sitting with their laptops and empty coffee cups next to them. The other chairs were taken up by dumbbells and laptop bags. I mentioned this to the server, who told me she had asked another person to move earlier since they had been there for an hour. We enjoyed our food and moved on, but the people with laptops were still occupying their seats. Next time, I think I'll choose a different place.

I stopped by for a quick drink and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, and I enjoyed a delicious chai latte that even had the option to add some coffee! The prices are reasonable too.

I'm pleased to note that the café is wheelchair accessible, with ample space to move around and a disabled restroom located at the back. There wasn’t any loud music, but we did hear the occasional noise from the espresso machines, which is to be expected. The café is conveniently situated near a multi-storey car park and is within easy walking distance of the city center. It offers a nice variety of seating options, from small tables for two to larger benches for groups, and it doesn't feel cramped like many small cafés do. There’s also outdoor seating available in a pedestrian zone, though traffic noise from the nearby road can be heard. Although we didn't sample any food during our visit, the menu seemed to feature a nice selection of snacks and light meals. The restrooms were clean, though not as pristine as I would have liked, but everything was functional and well-stocked with toilet paper. The café has a beautiful, modern, and airy atmosphere that strikes a balance between minimalist and cozy.

Absolutely good service and my gott are the drinks amazing! we have a strawberry split (vegan) and a salted caramel brownie shake. both were made very fresh and fast and the prices were not too bad. beautiful quiet atmosphere very friendly barista.

Great coffee shop in a great location. Never too busy either and lovely staff.
