Betana Simsar(wetland) is one of the major tourist attraction in Morang district. It is natural fresh water pond. Covered with dense forest. Easily accessible from Mahendra Highway. Can found many fishes and turtles in pond. It is also a picnic spot. Such a cool place to visit. View all feedback.

So far away from city so it quite and sound place to visit and also place is nice and beautiful but No good toilet in the jungle we had to come at a entrance gate for toilet.Main problem there is some couple come there for bad things beware if you are going deep inside jungle Place is soo good So have fun. Wonderfully maintained. Everything is so clean and beautiful. I took pictures by the pond and the golden hour light made it look heavenly. There are a lot of different fauna and floras as well. The staff were helpful as they even put our luggage at the ticket counter.
Great place to spend a day with family and friends fill with nature surrounding
Amazing place to find peace in the world full of chaos.
It is one of the good place to visit in Eastern part of Nepal, things that were needed to be manage are all renewed and well managed then before.
