I haven't eaten at Green Turtle for years. Their food was lacking taste and quality. Tonight I was reminded of why I didn't eat here for so long. The food was terrible. I ordered the 10ct wings and French fries. The Pommes were good. The wings weren't. The wings were soft, fat and hardly had a sauce on them. Who wants a soft baked/fried wing? Absolutely not going back. We looked at 12 people (2 tables). They couldn't be served. The waitresses ignored them. We'd leave if I don't have a soft drink. When we paid the check, the waitress didn't give us the change. I had to ask. She made the comment, she had to get the 17 cents from her purse. Unprofessional!!
I just want to say this right now. This is absolutely the BEST Green turtle I?ve ever been at and it?s all because of the bartender Panda (a.k.a Ricky). This man knows how to make a great experience and because of him I will always come back to this green turtle. He brought out everything my party ordered perfectly, he hadn?t made one bad drink at all, he is very knowledgeable and the man knows how to make a fun moment even better. This man deserves a raise and I recommend anybody looking for a good time and perfect drink to see him here!
First time at this location. The restaurant itself was very nice; large pool rooms and a big eating area. The food was very good; we got a variety of meals...from chili and burgers to a chicken wrap. The downside was the service. The server was nice but very slow and forgetful. We had to remind/ask him several times for things, and then it would take a while to get them.
They are pretty good, for a sports bar. You can never go wrong with burgers from Greene Turtle. Also, today on Wednesday they had half off wings (10 wings for $7) BOGO alcohol drinks. They also had karaoke too. Waitress Kayla was great! Kudos for using paper straws having plant based burgers too! ????
Every Friday, a group of 6 to 8 of us gathers here for lunch. We are a bunch of Mah-jongg players, and we always have Kristy as our server. She is absolutely fantastic. Not only is her service incredibly fast and courteous, but her memory is remarkable. She remembers all our names and our favorite lunch orders. There's nothing she won't do to accommodate us. The food always arrives at the perfect temperature, and out of the 6 to 8 of us, none have ever complained about it. We enjoy a variety of dishes, including soups, salads, burgers, and chicken cakes, all of which are delicious and satisfying. If you stop by, you're sure to have a wonderful experience!
