Mcdonald's - Bel Air

I ordered my food and went into the second window as instructed. I sat there with my money in my hand. I sat here patiently I saw that the manager put the food on the table and the dame that works the window ignores me after another great time that she openly flees the window and my money from my hand nippled, not a word to say to me, even after I said on the good morning that she closed the window and then throws it up and we just throw my change into my hang I said thank you. I said thank you and have a good day I received was attitude. I usually come here to the breakfast, but I won't be. they must be trained as they deal with customers. this did not happen 3/31/21 7:00. I am very disappointed with my service. many thanks and have a great day.

The food was good, but there may have been a staffing issue. It took 8 minutes from the time I arrived until someone could be freed up to start taking orders from the line in front of me.

Worst experience at any mcdonald’s i’ve ever had. stopped there today before work, not a single word from any of the workers other than to take my order my card for payment. The girl at the window tried to hand me the wrong drink, i corrected her in a kind manner chuckled slightly, told her the correct drink i had ordered. as i went to go drink away, i heard “HAHA SO FUNNY HAHA” speaking about me from one of the workers through my car window over me chuckling. extremely rude i will not be coming back to this mcdonald’s ever. if i could give it no stars i would.

Fries were greasy and slightly warm. Had a sign up at the drive thru asking for patience as they were short on staff. We did the waiting but still disappointed with the food.

The Churchville McDonaldsvis one of the better ones in the area. The associates are always friendly and always willing to make the food the way you want it the first time. O will go out of my way to go to this McDonald's.
