We visited this restaurant for a family dinner and noticed significant improvements since our last visit a few months ago. The food was served warm and was delicious. The wait time was brief, and the place was clean and well-organized. The cashier was very welcoming and assisted us with our order. What User doesn't like about Ledo Pizza:
It’s wonderful to see that Lido is back! I visited for some wings and pizza with friends, and the food was fantastic. The general manager and staff were friendly and very helpful. However, I think they need to be better prepared with brewed teas, utensils, and plates before dinner service. View all feedback.

I've been commuting for over 20 years, all to indulge my craving for Ledo's Pizza. I'm thrilled to finally be a Ledo fan. Ledo's is famous for its thin, fluffy crust, sweet sauce, and fantastic toppings. It's truly Maryland's signature pizza, and it's a pizza you'll absolutely love!

Within just five minutes, the restaurant became crowded with customers picking up online and phone orders, dining in, and ordering takeout. Jana, the young woman at the front counter, was incredibly hardworking. She managed to assemble orders for pickup, greet and host walk-in customers, and serve those dining in—three tables’ worth—all while only having worked there for a week. She handled everything like a seasoned pro and is definitely a keeper. Unfortunately, the kitchen was overwhelmed, and our order took 50 minutes to be prepared. While the pizza tasted good, it wasn’t as hot as we had hoped. The gyros, however, came with lettuce (despite the request), and the meat was cold, dry, and burned without the extra meat we had asked for. The Caesar salad was small for a full order but tasted great. Initially, I was going to give a one-star review due to the food issues after such a long wait. However, halfway through our wait, Jana came out to explain the delay and graciously offered us dessert as an apology, which we politely declined. Her excellent customer service and hard work bumped my rating up to three additional stars. I was very disappointed with the food after the long wait, but LEDO pizza has the potential to be a fantastic place if they can address their staffing issues. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars in the hope that they improve.
We have always loved Ledo and have really missed them since their Bel Air location closed years ago. We're thrilled to have them back in Bel Air and visited last night to see what they have to offer. The food—pizza, calzone, and the famous Ledo Italian salad—was fantastic, just like we remembered. The restaurant is nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly. No more long drives to White Marsh or Hunt Valley for our Ledo pizza! We’ll definitely be returning regularly to satisfy our Ledo cravings!
