Firehouse Subs Tollgate Marketplace

The restaurant was extremely clean, the staff greeted me right away. The restaurant had 3 customers and the staff worked quickly to take care of all of us. My order was taken within 6 minutes of entering and I received my food in 12 minutes. The only thing I didn't like was paying $13 for a large sub and receiving a 8 inch sub, chips, a pickle and a drink. If that's the large, I hate to see what a small is. I was happy to support the local fire department, but the cost does not support the food received.

Have tried this location twice now- first time was this past weekend. Food was fine, but soda machine ice maker wasn't working and the bottled drink cooler was mostly empty with very few selections. I understand that sometimes things break, but when I wasin food service we always pivoted when things happened and did everything we could to provide the customer with what theyneeded. Serving warm soda is disgusting. Tonight was even worse. I got a steak and cheese sandwich, subbing the provolone forpepper jack and requesting no mayo. I confirmed with the employee taking my order that I wanted a pickle and everything elsethat typically comes on the sandwich (peppers, onions, etc. When I got home all I had was the bread with a scant amount ofchipped steak glued together with a bit of cheese. Nothing else was present and there was no pickle spear. What an absolutedisappointment.

This is more than a 5 star space! I have never received a bad meal here, there are always multiple smiling faces the entire time, every time! And the food mmmm! Solid deliciousness! Lots of options, everything I've tried has been fantastic!

Poor customer service and terrible salad. First I ordered 3 subs and a salad online. The order confirmation had and estimated ready time. I picked up over the ready time and when I got to the store the order wasn?t even started yet. There was nothing going on inside so I don?t know why it took too long just to make 3 subs subs 1 salad. The salad was literally garbage waste. Their entire salad consisted of yellow/white clumps and a large core of the iceberg lettuce. About 1/3 of the salad was shredded ham. Not going back again.

Gorgeous atmosphere beautiful restaurants everything was very organized. I will say though the wait time for your food is longer than it should be. But I understand why due to lack of staff. There were only two men there working. And a couple of people in the restaurant waiting for their food. I waited for a good 10 minutes to get my food. And it was my first time getting my food at the firehouse and I have to say it was delicious. Definitely would like to go there again. The atmosphere was very clean and felt like you were in really in a fire fighter house. Great for kids and families. I will definitely recommend this place. They have a lot of options in food as well. They also have great customer service. The cashier was fast and polite not just to me but to everybody else that came in the restaurant. I am very impressed with this restaurant being my first time going there.
