What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
Today was a rough morning for Dunkin Bel Air. I think they are short staffed because it took 9.5 minutes to order at the drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me and another 5 minutes to get to the window. I only saw 2 people working and they seemed to be frustrated with each other. This is the 1st time I've had this issue at this location. The staff at this Dunkin Donuts is very welcoming, and this location is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Dunkin, Dunkin, Dunkin. I repeated it three times. This place is all about great coffee. The selection of doughnuts is decent.
I am consistently pleased with the service at this unique establishment. I ordered a variety of donuts for my employees. Thank you for your quick and friendly service!
I put my order in on there app, by time I walked through the door, which was about 10 mins later my food was ready.
Not sure what was going on this morning at Dunkin Donuts behind Bob Evans restaurant. But the lady that took my order charged me for the wrong coffees and the food order was wrong also. Not going to this location again.
