I had an amazing experience. the staff was so friendly and the ice was great in the waffels.

Order the Birthday Remix through DoorDash and it arrives looking like milk chocolate chocolate chip ice cream cause it’s been over mixed and it’s mush by the time it travels 1.9 miles. This has happened multiple times always in the evening.

Very friendly staff. Patient and helpful as we tried to decide on our many options. Loved the Apple Pie a la Coldstone in a fresh waffle bowl.

First of all they didn't do a good job mixing everything together. I told her come in a cup she gave my this blue cone. He got a cloud in a cup (that's what it taste like) and I got coffee Oreo brownie caramel heath and almond mix with her marshmallow which I didn't ask for but it was coo.

This would have been a 5 star except for the EXTREMELY rude behaviors of one of the staff. Everyone was working hard and there was a young staff member with black and red braids disrespecting the staff and customers to the point where the customers wanted to leave. Love coldstone and i usually have AMAZING experiences but this was unbelievable. Someone needs to fire her or put her in her place because i felt so bad for the poor employees working so hard.
