It was absolutely terrible. I ordered two burgers but only received one, and I was still charged for both. The service was so poor that the kids couldn't even resist eating my burger before bringing it to me. View all feedback.

I had a positive experience interacting with three teenage employees who provided me with exceptionally pleasant, polite, and genuine service. Having worked in the food industry when I was younger, I appreciate good customer service and believe it has declined in recent years. However, the employees I encountered yesterday deserve recognition for their outstanding service. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.
The restaurant has greatly improved! The staff was very friendly and I had no problems ordering my meal. The food was of excellent quality and incredibly tasty!
The food at this restaurant was outstanding, especially compared to the Burger King near our home in Elkton. The fries were impeccably crispy and perfectly salted, and the customer service was top-notch. The only issue I had was that they didn't inquire about adding cheese to my whopper, but the ingredients were still fresh and crispy, just the way I like it. Ultimately, I should have remembered to request cheese on my sandwich. I give the food and customer service a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.

The person taking my order at the drive threw was amazing! His name was Alex and he was very polite and patient with us we had a few people order in the car so of course that can some times overwhelming but not for Alex he listened and answered all of our questions about the menu. I dont do surveys alot but I cant tell you the last time I have had amazing customer service like that. Alex has impeccable customer service that should be noticed and he is a asset to Burger King. That guy going somewhere in life I just know it!
