Buffalo Wild Wings Grill - Bel Air

The quality of the food has noticeably declined. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Ranch Wrap, and there were hardly any pieces of chicken in it. Most of it was filled with shredded cheese—who really wants that much cheese in a wrap? It didn’t match the description on the menu at all. Additionally, the presentation has suffered; I know Buffalo Wild Wings isn't exactly fine dining, but they could do better than just tossing a cheese-laden wrap onto a metal pan with cold, unevenly distributed toppings. The only positive note was the service; our waitress Baylee was excellent.

Excellent bartender. Nothing but 230. She was very attentive and helpful. Wouldn't have been there in 10 years, but soon again!! A must try and you'll be back. Food was excellent and quickly came out.

This specific location not great. Everyone has a off day but this was a little more then that. Ordered Asian cauliflower off the app menu, came un-sauced, 2nd time just sauce no toppings, 3rd time a few toppings thrown on no ranch no green onion. Ordered buffalo tots came without the buffalo powder which I was specifically craving at this point why send them back. Husbands wings fatty improperly rendered. Super disappointed I?ve been craving these tots for weeks.

On a positive note, the hostess was very welcoming when we arrived. However, our server's demeanor made the visit somewhat uncomfortable, as it seemed she was preoccupied with other matters rather than her tables. On the bright side, the food was excellent—kudos to the kitchen staff for delivering it hot and quickly. I may consider ordering takeout for my next visit!

I stopped by for lunch, and although it wasn't busy, I waited a few minutes after ordering for my meal to be prepared fresh and well. They kept the soda refills coming, which I really appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back again.
