It's 8 pm and the more proper dining space at the back is already closed. The front dining space is very dark, not proper lighting to eat in a mall restaurant. Questionable business value for not prioritizing customer experience and request. View all feedback.
The french fries tastes tendernesses as mcd or kfc, and I like the lasagna, the same as pizza hat
Taste is pretty good. the opposite is quite wide. service is good, prices are reasonable.
Sirloin 120gr 69k, I like the frits and sauce. also the spagetti chicken mentaiko is good.
I ordered sirloin steak import with medium cook. But they served us with dendeng batokok. I have been visited to Fiesta Steak resto in Jakarta. But in Grand Galaxy Mall totally different. I think we should call them rumah makan padang not steak resto... I didn't eat the steak that they served to me. But I paid it. No good response for the complain...
This shouldn’t even be called a steak. Ordered Tenderloin and Chicken steak. Tenderloin were overcooked for a medium, like chewing a cardbord, chicken steak were undercooked. Taste are plain, horrible texture. Should’ve known it’s a red flag if a steak restaurant only serves ONE kind of sauce.
