This is a 'tasca '/cafe style eatery.. not fancy and quite small.. so book!....the menu has lots of local dishes on, and surf and turf type food.. the black pig was tender and delish....my surf and pork) turf was also...very good.. the portions were, as usual in this area, more than generous, the service was fast and efficient, and the wine list covered every pocket and taste. It was full of locals, and the oysters looked good, the prices very reasonable, and the amuse bouche cheeses, prawns and hams were really very good. All prawns clams crab etc was sold by the kilo..so you can call off what you need/want. specials were perceves goose neck barnacles) oysters, lamprey in season, and several local style stews. If in central Beja try it!
