What User doesn't like about Ummi:
We had our iftar dinner in ummi the experience was very bad… Im sharing my feedback for your consideration and improvement. Food was extremely cold( soup, appetizers and main dishes). Food was not fresh, chicken in moghrabye was not fresh and had a bad taste. We kept on asking for ash trays, the waiter wasnt cleaning our table… the waiter was handing us the dishes and throwing them. View all feedback. What User likes about Ummi:
I used to order warak enab b lahma, but my last order was not good as usual, the next week the manger contacted me she was so nice, and they offered me an other delicious plate of warak enab, it is a nice gesture.. when someone care about the satisfaction of their customers.. keep going : View all feedback.
