Brassica - Beirut

We had an enjoyable dinner experience at this lovely restaurant /bar. We were sitting on this cozy outdoor terrace in saifi village . Music is nice . We shared some appetizers : Salmon sashimi , crispy salmon and grilled calamari; equally delicious made with fresh seafood ingredients. As for mains , hands down for a succulent beef Wellington with a flavorful porto sauce and truffle creamy potato puree . The filet salmon was perfectly grilled , a point with crispy gnocchis and colorful crunchy veggies. Each plate is very well presented u can feel the chef pouring his culinary passion in it . He even visited our table ... staff is attentive and friendly . Brassica a name to put on ur list of fine dining experience in a chilled out environment. High quality justifies the fair prices ... I barely give a 5 stars rating, but this place deserves a 100! Wanted to try this place long time ago and finally had the chance. We went there tonight with a small group of friends for a chilled out night. Honestly I did not know what to expect. The staff and hostess were super friendly and welcoming. Our waiter was more than helpful and gave us recommendations on what to order. We ordered the burrata, grilled calamari and crispy salmon bites. Everything was super tasty, but the crispy salmon bites were out of this world. Words don’t do the taste justice. For the mains, we had the duck, sea bass and grilled salmon. Everything was done perfectly. For dessert we had the Churros. Super fresh, crunchy and full of taste! I highly recommend this place! Can’t believe I did not try this place earlier.

An excellent location, very nice food and extremely good desserts. Its hard to find such a good place in Saifi with such low prices! Would certainly go back again and again :

A fresh and trendy place where you can go for a date with good food and drinks or just to hang out with friends. Especially great when the weather is good as all the windows open up virtually making it an outdoor venue. Be sure to try the fantastic deserts.
