The setting alone is worth the detour. Cleanliness to be reviewed as a whole (glass, carafe of water with particles inside, WC.... . food wise, average and expensive. The shank much too salty even if beautifully presented. Very expensive chocolate fondant for a NOT homemade, industrial taste. Crème brûlée expensive for the quality and quantity.
