The gentleman who took our order was thorough and attentive, even recommending a sauce for a specific sandwich. The sandwiches were made fresh to order and were absolutely delicious. We always have a great experience here, but today was particularly outstanding. Thank you!

The meatball sub was dry and had no sauce at all. When she asked if I needed anything else, her attitude was completely unprofessional. Overall, it was a horrible experience with a terrible employee. It seemed like she would rather be on her phone than assisting customers.

The staff member told me she couldn't... read more They didn't have any pizzas or apple juice, which was fine. I ordered a kid's sandwich for my son, asking for just cheese. The staff member told me she couldn't accommodate that request because the 3-inch sandwich only comes with turkey or ham and cheese, and they couldn't sell it with just cheese. Instead, I was charged for a full veggie sandwich. They also didn't refund me for the juice they didn't have and gave me a small cup instead, but they didn't have any drinks that my 2-year-old would like. It was a very odd interaction overall.
