I always leave a tip, but when you're not fulfilling your duties, I question what I'm tipping you for. To make matters worse, I ordered a steak that was suppose... read more I always leave a tip, but when you're not fulfilling your duties, I question what I'm tipping you for. To make matters worse, I ordered a steak that was supposed to come with two sides. I received mac and cheese, but the corn I was supposed to get never arrived. The manager assured me it was on the way, but by the time I finished my meal, I still hadn’t seen the corn. I eventually told my partner that I didn't even care anymore. We waited over ten minutes for a drink refill before I finally had to flag someone down. Overall, the service was the worst I've ever experienced, and I will not be returning. The Chili's in Portland has far better staff, and the food is not only cooked but actually served to you. I've had better service at Friday's before they closed. Just to clarify, this was during a time when the restaurant was not busy at all.

I called the restaurant at about 12:04 PM and asked about call ahead seating AKA reservations for a party of 5. I was told that they don 't do reservations. I asked how busy they were and was told Not that busy . After arriving about 10 minutes later, I was told that there would be at least a 15 to 20 minute wait before we could get a table. I told the hostess that we wouldn 't wait that long and we left. When did your restaurant stop doing call ahead seating? We went to the Chinese restaurant and got seated right away. Things like this, at THIS Chili 's, are why I don 't come back. When you aggravate me like this, I won 't be back for at least a year. Hopefully, it will be better next year....if I even go back then.
