The restaurant frequently fails to update its inventory, which has led to situations where I've placed an order only to be told at the drive-thru that the item isn't available because they're awaiting a delivery. The service is generally slow, and the quality of customer service can vary. It appears that management faces challenges in retaining and adequately training their staff. I'm hesitant to make online orders, yet I still want to support the restaurant.

How you get a bacon KING and bacon CHEESEBURGER mixed up don’t even sound the same like come on be for real. Literally told me I needed to speak up and rolled his eyes, well LITTLE BOY YOU NEVER ONCE SAID YOU COULDNT HEAR ME OR I WOULD HAVE YELLED IT FOR YOU. Never once tried to fix my order wanted me to pay for that, I WILL NOT BE BACK. Get a better manager and staff!!!!!!

She overfilled our drinks and handed them to... read more The woman at the second drive-through was very rude, which definitely discourages customers from wanting to return. She overfilled our drinks and handed them to us, leaving them dripping. When we asked for napkins to clean them up, you would have thought we asked her for something unreasonable, considering her reaction. It was frustrating to see her shove our food at us in silence, as if she were upset. The restaurant wasn't busy at the time, and this happened after 10 PM on August 24, 2023. I think she either shouldn't be working with the public or needs better training. Thank you.
