Mos... read more Got shorted on my order and when rang the person who answered phone said she knew it was short cause she packed it and only offered to thing that was short. Most other fast foods will at least offer your order replaced. NO customer service at all. Will NEVER go to KFC Beenleigh again. Very disappointed!

I di... read more When I opened the box, the food was soggy and the meat fell off the bone. The skin was soaked in oil, making it difficult to handle without getting greasy. I didn't have any hand sanitizer to clean up. Check out the photos I uploaded - this place must be inspected by health authorities. After eating just two pieces, I experienced bad reflux. Overall, it was a waste of money.
