The asparagus was overcooked and the schnitzel was hard (probably from yesterday). We told the waitress, but she was unimpressed and charged the full price! And that was way too much for this meal! A very pretty gastronomic experience, eating here was very interesting, the service is very slow but it was worth waiting, eating fresh white asparagus and cultivated in this same place, the taste and texture are not possible to describe only you have to go and eat there to live this experience of flavors the schnitzel of pork was crocante and juicy inside the Dutch cream or in butter on the assays.
