The service is appalling and clearly the owners don't employ any staff to take orders,serve on tables and take phone orders. The owner is very rude and does not listen to your orders. She barks at customers and uses the excuse"the kitchen is very busy you know". If you had staff you could cope with the volume of orders. While we were there people were walking out as tables were being ignored. She puts take away and phone orders ahead of booked tables which is so rude. I don't know how they are still in business after all these years. Food very average but customer service is non existent.

She never advised a price and just changed it.90 minute delivery after told 60 minutes. Argued when queried. Extremely rude and hard to understand.Last tried this place years ago and hoped for change. It is horrible. Try Yummy Kitchens around the corner. Or anything else. This place has lousy service, and is in serious need of an upgrade, and new owner.

The lady whom answered the phone was extremely rude through... read more On Saturday night 17/10/2015 I rang Beecroft Kitchen to organise a delivery at approximately 5:50pm. The lady whom answered the phone was extremely rude throughout the entire conversation. At one point, she asked me what I wanted to order and then immediately began speaking to a staff member without asking me to hold. I placed my order and then realised she was blatantly not listening. She then came back on the phone without apologising and then asked me what I wanted again. She said towards the end of the conversation that it would take over one hour but because of her thick accent I thought she perhaps meant half an hour. As I was just around the corner on Copeland Rd and ordered before dinner service I figured it surely couldn't take over an hour. I realised after hanging up the women never told me how much the total order was. Sure enough an hour went by so I decided to ring to a) check progress and b) give further directions as the house was somewhat difficult to get to. Before I could even speak the lady started screaming at me "I TOLD YOU! I TOLD YOU OVER AN HOUR! YOU DON'T LISTEN!". I told the lady "no need to be rude" and again there was no apology. This is without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced coming from someone who travels and has worked in both the hospitality and retail industry. When the driver arrived I asked him to pass on a complaint to the owner about this women and explained that she should be taken off the 'phone duty' immediately due to her obvious absence of training or skill in customer service. He then began to argue with me that she really was a 'nice lady' and is just stressed because they are busy. He then told me she was the owner! That was the nail in the coffin for me to never buy from this shop again. It is a real shame because the food was amazing. Kudos to the chef but I will definitely be spreading the word to friends etc. never to order from here again.
