Contribute Feedback What Travis B doesn't like about Firehouse Subs:
So the food here is always good but the people that work here seem absolutely miserable. The person behind the counter is talking on their air pod while listening to trap music on a radio in the back. Absolutely no greeting when you arrive, they just stared at me till I put my order in. No confirmation on my order or thanks for my business. Just a at the POS when my total was up for me to run my card. Not sure if it... View all feedback.

The current staff makes me feel unwelcome and unwanted as a customer.
Spent over $29 for a cheesesteak with add-ons and bowl of chili. The cheesesteak had no cheese and was cold as ice and dry. The bread was a hard and dry as well. I will stick with Capriotti’s because their cheesesteak never disappoints. I’m just sad that firehouse subs was so bad.
