The restaurant serve great portions of polenta, sausages, beans, sauerkraut and of course their own cheese. You will not leave this place hungry. Highly recommended after a walk in the mountains.

We were six, a family group, not only is this restaurant isolated, there are stupendous views everywhere, helped by the 1,700 metre altitude, where the air is c... read more We were six, a family group, not only is this restaurant isolated, there are stupendous views everywhere, helped by the 1,700 metre altitude, where the air is clear and clean and the cow dung smells almost sweet! We decided to have a large mixed plate for six, for that was our number, the food kept coming and it was delicious, before coming to live in Italy I had no idea that stews were as prevalent here as in the UK, 'Lo Spezzatino ' The braised stewed meat was amazing. We were at the table for nearly 3 hours and by the end we were suitably stuffed and happy! Highly recommended!!
