After walking from Crillon la Brave, we were anxious for lunch and came across Le Relais du Ventoux. Finding a free table under one of the trees, we chose the Menu du Jour, Rose and beer. We just about managed to communicate with the waiter we ashamedly speak little French but he was charming. What Jov MUC doesn't like about Bar-Restaurant Le Relais du Ventoux:
The pictures shown here must be ancient. The place is run down, the toilets out of order or rather so dirty, that the whole place would be shut down somewhere else. Though there was sun on the terrace in the aftrnoon. The waitress was rather unfriendly, though not slow. We'd avoid his place. View all feedback.
A great spot right in the heart of the village square. We were a group of 12 people and this restaurant accommodated us well, served us all at the same time with some lovely and typically French food. Reasonably priced too, you wont be disappointed if you choose this place to eat whilst in Bedoin.
Perfect place for pastis, coffee or a drink. In the center of the village and perfect place to sit and watch people all night.

The food was just perfect the Salade Paysanne comprised pate, melon, Parma ham and salad, each item being absolutely delicious. Beef slow cooked in beer with rice and delicious vegetables followed and to complete the meal, creme caramel, served with crushed almond biscuits and a dollop of cream. We couldn't have enjoyed the meal more and would highly recommend this unprepossessing place for lunch.

I had the fruitti di mare pasta dish. The seafood component was mostly clams and not much else but it was very good and the portion was huge. We ate outside under the trees which was very nice. It was a bit odd that there was street between our area and the rest of the restaurant. The servers had to be vigilant of the occasional car that zoomed through.
