They offered to help me carry a large order while I was managing a baby. I will always choose to come here whenever I can!

You ask for a buttered bagel toasted they will give you butter in a cup in the bag with no knife to spread it. Very inconvenient. Also ordering iced tea with sugar and no sugar just straight black tea disgusting. It's a shame they do the opposite of everything you order.

If you order a buttered bagel toasted, they just give you butter in a cup without a knife to spread it, which is very inconvenient. Plus, when I order iced tea with sugar or no sugar, I end up getting plain black tea instead—completely disappointing. It's unfortunate that they consistently get everything opposite of what you request.
