Waffle House - Bedford

Wouldn't give stars if I could!! My husband and I were on table 10 at 12/03/2022 only if the company actually reads it! Our waiter name is Julana or Juwana could not hear them well, but nevertheless we ordered all the stars and I ordered my eggs with cheese! She gave me eggs without cheese, but whatever I'm talking, it's not the end of the world, so I asked her if she could stuff her with cheese! She told me she didn't hear that I asked for cheese and I'm let alone because usually, if there's a mistake, your literally accepted that I apologize, I'll fix it! She took my record and then was very rude! She didn't bring my plate back to the cook and he apologized. She never returned to prebust or even check to make sure that the food was okay and ooooh it gets better that she dropped our receipt on the table, have not left a nice day or otherwise something just literally and has not recognized my husband and I at all!! The degree of unprofessionality is something I can't imagine with which I would ever have to deal with! An adult woman gives her tables the silent treatment like a toddler about a misunderstanding!! I hope they find it better!

I know waffle house has a know rumor dont go to waffle house its nasty but this one normally is good. Not this time service was not okay at all I didnt get what I ordered and to top it all off I found a hair in my food. Of course it was hush hush and a discount but they didn 't offer to replace my plate of food I had to ask. I will not be returning to this waffle house for the lack of service and cleanliness!

Stopped in and I was actually greeted by most of the staff that was on shift. As I ordered and waited every person eventually spoke. The atmosphere was inviting because everyone was actually getting along and you couldn't feel any tension. Most times I go to any waffle house it is real ghetto and the workers have attitudes. The young lady that took my order was polite and didnt rush me when looking over the menu. I wasn't there long waiting for my order which was a good thing and I gave all 5 employees a $4 tip each. Even though they all did not wait on me I appreciated the vibe.

Solid place to get breakfast ! Food comes out quick and is delicious. They are also mindful of ensuring we didn’t run low on coffee during our meal.

When I came in, I must have arrived at just the right time. They had a table ready. We noticed that they had Halloween decorations hanging which we thought was cool until we noticed how terribly dirty the ceiling was. You had time to hang Halloween decorations, but no time to clean your ceiling? I'm confused. Anyways the food wasn't too bad. Not for something rather quick. The sodas were terrible. The person I was with even had something different and it was awful. The floors were so dirty. Let me say they plenty of people there, they were not understaffed. Mostly leaning on counters. Very disappointed. But we have learned.
