Subway - Bedford

Been to a lot of subways and never felt compelled to leave a review. However, this subway was super clean and had a really inviting environment. Also the two workers that helped us were both so friendly to interact with. Additionally, all the ingredients were fresh and it was a really great experience compared to other subways I have been to.

Hours showed 10. Showed up at 915 and was told not accepting any new customers. About to close . Door posting was not updated. Bad business.Fully understand last minute customers being a nuisance, but why stay open then as the neon light suggests. While typing this in parking lot, another customer pulled up and was served. Nice work Subway.

Employee 0459 missed giving dressing, fork, and napkins on the order and after we immediately notified her of the mistakes, she decided to instead move on to the next customer in line and made us wait 12 minutes until after she finished with that customer before doing the quick fix. It also took that long because she is very slow at her job.

Best subway I’ve ever experienced. Great friendly service. My sandwich was delicious. Restaurant was very clean. I was impressed.
