Los Jimadores Tex-mex Tequila Factory

My husband and I have been coming here for years. Perfect date night. Our favorite servers would even know what we wanted ahead of time. We just moved away last March, and are back for a short visit. This is our first place to eat and did not disappoint!Our favorite is the fajita nachos. I would post a picture but there all gone. The flan is also phenomenal. You won't bedisappointed in the flavors combined with excellent service.

This place was wonderful from the moment we walked in. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Our server was absolutely wonderful. We were a big party celebrating my niece's Sweet 16, so there was a lot going on. At one moment I looked up, and the server wascutting my nephew's food. He was so kind and accommodating. And the food was all amazing. We kept looking at each other's platesand tasting each other's food, because it was all so good. I highly recommend this place.

I have been a somewhat regular customer at this restaurant, and I feel that their food is constantly improving—better presentation and great flavor. During my last visit, we ordered the seafood enchiladas, which were beautifully presented and had a nice kick to the sauce. We also tried a special dish, the achiote-rubbed salmon, which was excellent as well. The complimentary chips are a nice touch and come with a delicious spicy salsa and black bean dip. This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Bedford area.

The food is excellent! The prices are reasonable, and the waitstaff is fantastic. The location is very convenient, and the outdoor seating is a lovely added bonus.

We were really pleased with our first visit! The staff was diligent and truly cared about providing excellent customer service. Michael, who was our bartender and server, along with his wife, did an outstanding job!
