Fred's Downtown Philly - Bedford

Good sandwiches. The waitstaff really leans into the Philly attitude. Which is absolutely trash manners. After going here, I will never visit Philly ever. But, the sandwiches are good and I'll probably order another one.

The Philly cheesesteak sandwich was good, had good flavor and the bread was soft. The fry's were nothing special, the soft drinks were good and a refreshing change from the normal coke options.

The dark interior made me a little uncomfortable and ordering is a little clunky. The food is excellent to say the least. Food came out hot and fresh but the cashier had a bit of an attitude. She actually gave our order to another couple. We had to go back up and ask where our food was since she was serving people who came in after us. They rectified the situation quickly. I'll be back for the food not the ambiance or attitude.

Awesome! Very fresh and packed with flavor! Staff is friendly and has a great sense of humor. Already ordered a couple more times and will continue to go and recommend!

This place has been around for a very long time. I 've been trying to find a good Philly cheese steak since Billadelphias shut down years ago Here, I tried the Cajun fries and they were fairly evenly seasoned and had a good flavor. The Philly I got does have really good flavor and well seasoned as well. Though need to ask for Whiz next time and maybe add more to it. The bread is good, though a bit soggy. Also, wish the meat wasn 't diced up so small... Made it a pain to eat in my car. First time I try something, I try to get more basic options, though They have a whole list of types of burgers that I would also like to try some time. So would I go back here? For sure. Though next time I might want to change up my order a bit to get something that would wow me instead of just it 's pretty good
