Dunkin' - Bedford

Placed order on the app. Went inside and saw multiple people walk out with their order ahead of me. Very disorganized. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The simplest requests are completely overlooked here. This isn’t the first time I've specifically asked for very little ice in my drink. This time, I made sure to be clear by saying, "almost no ice, please." And what did I receive? You guessed it! Ice all the way to the #2 line (essentially filling the cup), with a label that says "less ice." I understand this isn’t a specialty coffee shop, but come on! There are literally five Dunkin' Donuts within a 2-mile radius of this location. If you're willing to take a gamble and hope they'll fulfill your request, then go ahead and try this place. But if you want your straightforward requests respected, choose somewhere else! And for anyone reading this who thinks I'm being too picky, just remember my earlier point.

The Dunkin' store is located inside the Mobil gas station convenience store, which has two entrances. The Dunkin' drive-thru is situated on the far right side of the convenience store, and when using the drive-thru, you'll exit from the back of the gas station. The convenience store offers a variety of items, but there is no seating available for dining in; it's more of a grab-and-go setup.

I placed a simple order but received the wrong drink. The restaurant was not busy at the time.

They had cream filled donuts and they were good. They don't seem to have cream filled donuts at a Dunkin near us in Indians.
